You may want to peruse the list archive. There have been voluminous
postings on this matter.
Experiences range from "most of my customers' transfer requests are
getting denied for no reason" to "all of my customers' transfer requests are
getting denied for no reason." It's really quite exciting.
I have a customer who has yet to see a transfer confirmation AT ALL,
but promptly receives the rejection notices.
