One of our customers just registered a domain "123icard.com".  After we 
approved the pending registration via our reseller interface the customer 
received the following message:

Alonso, Registration for 123icard.com has been completed and 
should show up in tomorrow's WHOIS database update.

Where is this coming from?  It has him pretty upset, as are we of course. 
 Who is this domain.com?  Are they mining OpenSRS registrations and 
sending our fraudulent emails to those who register new domains with the 
hopes of getting business from them under false pretense?

Any ideas?
