Hi Leland,

My understanding is that "secondary DNS" does not mean "use this if the
primary is down".  In theory, both primary and secondary servers will be
used an equal amount -- it is a way of spreading the load.

Your best bet would be to temporarily attach the IP address of your
primary name server to your secondary box... so the one secondary box
answers for requests to both 206.197.251.250 and 206.197.251.249.
