However, IIRC, I think I read on the dbjdns website that there is a bug in
BIND that results in it choosing the server that comes alphabetically first
almost all of the time. Therefore, NS1 will almost always be chosen over
NS2. Of course, when NS1 times out, it should then attempt NS2 so this
doesn't answer the question.
