Yeah, nothing's changed at NSI on their ACK policy.  Our transfers are
being required to ACK NSI as well.

That letter that was referenced was to the Verisign Registry, and it
was only the opinion of ICANN's General Counsel, nothing binding or
forcing or indicating a change of NSI's current outbound transfer
process.
