If a name is already registered in the sunrise stage of .info - which we can see from the affilias whois - I guess there is no point in submitting that name through Landrush is there ? Any challenge that could be bought will not be resolved prior to Landrush ? as a PS: I note that a lot of the interesting names (eg local.info with trademark name of "Trademark local" and trademark # of "common law") and a lot of other generic or place/state names - money, football, wealth, nsw, qld, queensland, victoria, hotel, state, soccer.info etc etc etc have trademarks that are possibly a little suss (I checked all of the small number (25) I had put in personally and all had been taken in the sunrise and a lot appear, perhaps , a little suspect). Wonder how good Affilias' review will be - and whether these will find their way back into the pool at some time in the future - I certainly can't afford to challenge them :-) Jim Carey www.OZbcoz.com discount domain registration www.iluvoz.com affordable hosting services
