I guess I'm a little unclear on the process for doing a transfer away from
NetSol. There are two cases here.
1. A customer's domain lapsed on the 10th but NetSol still serves up Whois
for it. So I place an order to transfer it away from NetSol. But the
customer's email addy is stale in the contact info. Is this going to fail
(I assume so) and if so, how do you correct it?
2. I mistakenly filed a Manual Transfer for a domain that needs to stay with
NetSol (did a booboo). How do I cancel the transfer request given that I
have the ID number for it from Pending Orders?
