This forcing a chargeback has been repeatly suggested, has anyone done it ??

The key is that the one year is NOT added by NetSol after a transfer,
anyone have any idea is that is continuing, or how long the window is
before it gets added to a transfer.  Is there a specific period where it
is safe to do this ?
