Neulevel are fucking idiots

Pardon my french but its true. Have just been informed by our clients
who purchased over 1000 .biz tickets on various service marks of theirs
(100 each, 400 each, etc) that after confirming with Neulevel that they
want to proceed with their claim (the "conflict against themselves" issue)
they are now getting confirmation emails from Neulevel - one per ticket
that their claim is proceeding.

Boggling.
