I wanted to know if anyone has had any experience with a Netsol affiliate
called
"Courtesy Support Team". They are in Toronto.
I have had a pretty frustrating experience with them and contacted Brian
O'Shaughnessy of Corporate Public Relations at Verisign.
He was very helpful in ensuring that my complaint was forwarded to the
right individual and seemed genuinely interested in knowing the outcome of
my complaint.
For anyone out there who has had a similar problem...I'd be interested in
knowing .
I have to admit that this latest experience is solidifying my reasons for
continuing to transfer my domains away from Netsol.
