Yes, they are very therapeutic for myself and our staff when we receive 
their calls. I know its just some shmo getting paid to make cold calls, 
but we cannot resist ripping into them for every bad experience we have 
ever had with Network Delusions. I suppose we are very easily 
entertained around here...
