I have inquired of both NeuLevel (.biz) and Afilias (.info) regarding when
access to their TLD zone files will be allowed and when their zone file
access agreement would be available to be signed (possibly ahead of time).
I asked NeuLevel in mid-July and they replied:
"The details of the terms of the Zone File Access Agreement are still being
worked on,
and will not be available until after the registry goes live. Therefore,
you may want to
check back with us after October 1 for a more definite answer."
I asked Afilias on Aug 6th and again on Sep 14th, but I have never received
a reply from them. Their FAQ has the following to say about .info zone
file access <http://www.afilias.info/faq/8-bulk-zone-access.html>:
"Yes, Afilias will provide access to the .info TLD zone file per Appendix N
of the Registry Agreement."
But no answer from them yet regarding when.
