RE: clarification of .info and .biz status field

I'm sure the answer is there somewhere, but with all the recent
changes, and given that I'm just too tired to wade through it all
again....when will the successful .info domains start to resolve?
When will we know that those that are in 'sent' status now are
actually registered?  Thank you for letting me know.
