Sunrise names will resolve at 12:00am UDT September 22, 2001.
Landrush names will resolve at 12:00am UDT September 27, 2001. The WHOIS is
also published the same time - therefore you can find out successful and
unsuccessful registrations. In addition, Tucows will also send out an email
(likely the 27th or 28th) confirming all registrations.
