Hi,
Check your settings in the RWI. Domain Management : Transfer Management :
RSP Messaging : Transfers To Your Account. If you would like e-mail when
transfers are accepted or declined - set the appropiate options.
Hope this helps,

Subject: Domain transfer declined by owner
Has anyone ever received a transfer failure notice saying that the
transfer failed because the owner declined it (did not accept the
terms)?
I had a customer decline the terms. When we didn't automatically refund
their money, they e-mailed us. That's when I realized we apparently
never received the transfer failure notification. I've been with
OpenSRS for a long time, and I have processed many transfers, but I have
never had one fail because the owner declined it. At least, I didn't
think so. But now I'm wondering if there's a bug in the system that's
keeping the transfer failures from being sent when the owner declines
it. Does anyone have any evidence to the contrary?
Incidentally, the customer declined the transfer because apparently she
was mad that after making payment, there were more terms to agree to,
when the owner approves the transfer. I guess she thought we were tying
to me sneaky or something.
