We just wrote into our terms and conditions that there are no refunds beyond
this point.  If the transfer is declined, failed, whatever, we'll do what we
can to make it right, but we will not refund their money.

If they don't like more terms and conditions, fair enough, but if they care
about them, then they should honour the ones they already agreed to, eh?

If only customers would go for that logic..
