Well, I think you forget that first that "other company" caused damage to 
you and did not stop to do so. Nulling the routing table just prevents 
them from continuing and also prevents them from doing this harm to other 
parties. Not to mention the fact that the "action" here is on their side 
(THEY initiates the connect or their infected machine did it).
