Tom, I don't know how often this has been told and YELLED to people like you. But nameservers have to be registered with the .info Registry! They don't have to be running, they don't have to be answering queries for the domain for which you want to use them! THEY JUST HAVE TO HAVE A HOST RECORD IN THE .INFO REGISTRY
