Actually, we keep all nameservers associated with any domain, even non-OpenSRS sponsored domain names (that included ccTLD nameservers too). The whole list was shipped up (which actually caused a problem, as we had populated another registrar's own nameservers, and had to relinquish control at one point)
As for VRSN records, they're associated with the registrar that 'created' the record - .info Registry is the same.
