After approving a whack of .info names, it seems a couple of them have been placed in the "Orders in Progress" queue in the RWI (where domain transfers go). There order status is "Waiting For Registry Response" but they can't be cancelled from this queue - nor can we re-submit while they are in this queue.... Anyone have any idea what's going on? How can we resolve this? Kirk
