Apologies for sending this to the list - but I need quick action on this. We have a couple .info registrations (new domains) that are for some reason stuck in the "Orders in Progress" section... they somehow ended up there when approving names from the pending status.
The point is - that whilst in there - they go nowhere... but they prevent us from putting the order in again, and we really need these domains to go through before someone else gets them. Is it possible for the two .info domains to be removed from the "Orders in Progress" section so that we can re-submit them normally? Thanks, Kirk (user = webcity)
