We had a customer register several .info domains today. All seemed to go fine and if you check them through our site (2.41 client) it says they're taken. And "Completed Orders" in the RWI shows them as complete.
However, querying whois.afilias.info or whois.opensrs.net shows the domains available. Checking the afilias.info or register.com websites also shows the domains as available. How can I tell if this guy really got his domains? 'cause right now he's really ticked off, looks like we're ripping him off. Cliff
