Hey, We have a domain that is presently using our nameservers: citywestchildcare.com
The client needs these changed to another server - but it gives the following somewhat cryptic error message: Unable to update nameservers: Modification Failed. Domain not yet officially registered. At first I thought it was a problem with the namservers they were trying to use, but it seems I can't set them to any other nameservers but our own (ie, its using webcity nameservers atm, but I can't change them to anything else). Any idea what's going on? I get the same errors from my own manage script as well as Tucows - so I know it isn't just from our site - and the domain was registered on October 11 - so there's no reason it shouldn't work. Any ideas?! Kirk
