I have a customer
who's domain is registered through NetSlo. The domain expired and was
apparently deactivated . He paid the bill and the WhoIs show's the domain
renewed and record last updated on 10/16/01, however it does not appear that the
domain was reactivated in the roots:

NetSol is ignoring
him, so he wants to know if transferring the domain to OpenSRS will fix the
problem. I've never seen this before, so I don't know.
