Domains looks ok, just probably on hold.  I don't think you'll be able to
transfer if that's the case and have to keep bugging NSI to find out what
the case is...  As long as he has proof of payment (looks like the
domain's expiry has definitely moved ahead 2 years as well) then it's just
a matter of getting the hold removed.
