One of our resellers has some domains to transfer from CORE away for
a client. We attempted the first one and it timed out. So, the
reseller asked the CORE registrar (Knipp) and his RSP about the
problem. Knipp hasn't answered yet but the RSP says they won't do
anything because they claim that the client still owes money to them.
I think this is quite irrelevant regarding the transfer. If there's
still something to be paid they can sue him. The domain is going to
expire March 2003, so is valid to be transferred.
Is there a way from the Tucows side to get this kicked? (or to get
them kicked in the ... ;-)

Thanks,

Kai
