Hello all. I'm sorry to ask here but I have a problem and I haven't received an answer from support and my domains affected will expire soon. My problem: I was trying to renew domains (I'm only working on the web interface for now) and after I selected the domains to renew and submited the request, the process never finished and I never received an answer from the system, 20 minutes later my connection dropped and I never received an answer. I checked my domains again and some registrations went well and others no. I sent an email to Support and they told me to cancel the orders that appeared like pending and tried again to renew the domains. I did it but 2 domains in particular appear like "ALREDAY RENEWED" but never disappear from the pending orders and they do not appear on my completed orders. Someone also posted a message on the list reporting this. My domains expire soon (9 days) and I can't lose them and I haven't received any answer from support or solution to my problem.
Anyone here know who I can contact with this?. I'm not in USA or CANADA so the better if I can contact him/her by email. Thanks in advance. Jorge Biquez
