Hi - we have updated customer's record on multiple domains for ADMIN AND BILLING contacts to read NEW email address
old email address was left on OWNER and TECHNICAL contact sections this was completed week ago this morning we received bounded renewal notices for all his domains as the renewal notice was sent to his OLD email address, e.g. must have been extracted from either Owner or Tech contact fields Which contact email address gets the renewal emails??? I thought a common sense would dictate that Billing contact email does but obviously that is not the case here cheers Genie Magi Inc
