Thanks to all who have stepped in a defended us here. I can assure you that we wish we did not have to manage this issue at all. I can say that we continue to learn from these experiences, and get better at handling them each and every time. While far from perfect, I do appreciate recognition of our efforts to manage this quite complex issue. Unwinding this at times seemed like a brain teaser.
I do also appreciate the inconvenience affected resellers are experiencing, and understand their pain well. Suffice it to say this is an area that has our attention.
