Since it has never been a requirement that the registrant of a .org be a non profit or charity, I believe it would be very hard for them to inforce this on existing registrations. Remember the definition of a .org was any organization that did not fit in elsewhere, i.e. they were not a commercial org (.com), a network infrastructure (.net), 4 year degree granting educational institution (.edu) or U.S. government entity. > Is this correct?
