Since it has never been a requirement that the registrant of a .org be a
non profit or charity, I believe it would be very hard for them to inforce
this on existing registrations.  Remember the definition of a .org was 
any organization that did not fit in elsewhere, i.e. they were not a
commercial org (.com), a network infrastructure (.net), 4 year degree
granting educational institution (.edu) or U.S. government entity.

Are they commercial, network, university, or government?  If not, they
should be able to use it for the term of the registration...  :)
