Well, it's a couple of weeks late, but here is a proposal for changes to
this mechanism. I'd love your feedback (on or off list).
RSP info in WHOIS Improvements

- move RSP Whois output to be below Administrative contact, above Technical
and Billing
- Change wording to say �Registration Service Provider�
- Fields should be:
1. Company name (optional)
2. Admin email required OR
3. Phone number required OR
4. URL required (one of 2, 3, or 4)
� Ensure URL has http:// at beginning, and no invalid characters
