I agree that there isn't really a great consensus on the exact spot to place the RSP Contact Info. (I think placing it at the very bottom got the most votes in the recent discussion, but that's beside the point.)
I do believe there is a consensus on a higher level. It seems to be that the consensus is this: RSP's want the RSP Contact Info to be _separate from_ and _not confused with_ the Domain Contact information (registrant/admin/tech/billing contact). We are not really a domain contact. I would then venture to say that this means that the RSP Contact Info can't be adjacent to or inside of to the Domain Contact information. Agree/disagree? David
