Might as well not bother. NSI doesn't seem to be approving any transfers,
even when the contact information is correct. My customer has tried to
transfer three domains in the last ten days, one of them twice. The
f#$%ers at NSI won't even email him a request for confirmation. When
I contact them they claim not to have received any of the transfer
requests, despite the OpenSRS RWI showing the requests as having been
sent. I could believe that happening once, but four out of four
attempts over two weeks?

I'm starting to think that those people ignore any transfer requests
if the admin contact for the domain has ANY domains registered at NSI
that are due to expire in the next 60 days.

My customer probably thinks I'm an incompetent buffoon. I'm not going
to be able to attract and retain any customers if this situation doesn't
improve.

I'm glad that I transferred all of MY domains away from them quite some
time ago.

Eric
