I did, yes ;-) Our (recent!) stats for some of our traffic-making sites 
show about 80% for IE (all versions), 10% for Netscape, 10% for all the 
rest. And that's been rapidly evolving, early this year we still had 
some 30% or so for Netscape. And most of these are with IE5.x or 
Netscape 4.5 versions.
As Darryl points out, this is somewhat of a non-issue. I just wanted to 
point out that if you find this argument viable the figures it's based 
on are doubtful.
