When you paid a domain in the Mexican NIC, the form says clearly that 
invoices are only for Mexican Citizens, and by law all invoices will have 
to be in Mexican Pesos, the rate is 70 USD per domain plus 15% of taxes and 
the invoice is in MMexican Pesos calculated to the rate and value of the 
USD Dollar of the day of the operation...
