Just my humble opinion ...I think Mark J. was right to make a stink, but I think Entrust is still a good option. We used them and received a lot of support when we had trouble installing their cert on a Cobalt RaQ server. Basically because the RaQ is strange. In addition if you are not in a hurry the process is not that bad.
Next up, I wouldn't do business with Thawte because they are VeriSign. I'd rather not put money in their pocket if I don't have to. Just my 2 cents.
