Apologies, I could swear I answered this last night (I'm the .uk guy). Anyway, you can contact Support and they will assist you in the process of getting the name in your reseller system. Nominet has a different policy for transfers; you must contact your current registrar (Tag holder) and they must "push" the name to our tag. Once the tag transfer is submitted (Nominet will confirm to the losing tag holder that the transfer request has been done), our Support team can help you through the rest.
