I've got a customer who was awarded a .biz domain. It was from the batch
of duplicate applications submitted by the same person. He says the
domain hasn't been added to the roots. When I do a dig on it, I get:

; <<>> DiG 8.3 <<>> hisdomain.biz
;; res options: init recurs defnam dnsrch
;; got answer:
;; ->>HEADER<<- opcode: QUERY, status: NXDOMAIN, id: 4

                                        1W ; expiry
                                        1D ) ; minimum

Does this mean it's not in the roots, or could it be an issue with his
DNS server?

Thanks,

ST
