correction to my earlier statement , the payment issue is intermittent ( it is a DNS issue ). The OP's and dev types are working on this now. The OPS Timeout: Internal Server Error is also part of this effort ( it was mentioned on the list , but I deleted the email and cant remember who sent it ).
