I have a customer whose domain registered through NetSol expired on Oct 21.
She has been waiting for NetSol to delete the domain name so she can
re-register it. Well, last night they deleted the domain name but it is
still showing up as "taken" when she tries to register it. She talked to
someone on the phone at NetSol who told here the domain won't be available
for registration for several months. Can NetSol do this? Does she have any
recourse?
