(ST, i stand corrected on this. The present system is faulty, imo. Hopefully Opensrs will introduce lockdowns asap, so you can tell your client that their domains are secure.)
Hi William, Gotcha re the good fight. Am wondering if you are familiar if any Icann registrars allow transfers to go thru if there is No action by the admin. i.e. if they are asked to decline, and don't, does anyone transfer anyway? if this occurs, wouldn't the rightful owner still control access to admin/owner contacts anyway, or could someone mess with that access somehow? Count me in on this effort to change this cause it's nutty. Of course, Lockdowns would prevent this. It would helpful to know a specific date when Opensrs will introduce Lockdowns.
