The point is that the Registrar has no ownership or leasehold rights in 
these expired domain names.  Therefore, although the Registrar may hold 
these expired names, they have no right to trade/deal in them.

Religion has nothing to do with it.  Dealing in anything which doesn't 
belong to you, to have an edge, is perse a bad thing.
