This was due to the move, and has been cleared up.  That ticketing system is
only around for legacy reasons (not being used by the Support team) so was
not handled as part of the major move, and as a result was down for several
days.  Apologies for any confusion - any emails sent would have made their
way to the Support team's working ticketing system :)
