Hello, I have asked several times via support for assitance in a simple
matter, however I have recieved no help. Anyway, I will ask here.
I have a customer that had a .co.uk domain moved to his profile but
cannot access the domain in question. The domain is "toxic-8.co.uk". It
shows up in our resellers interface, but the customer cannot access the
domain, and it does not show up in his profile/list of domains.
Any ideas?
