Email the username/password to the listed registrant, and they can then get
the information required to login and access their domain (and move it to
the correct profile).

When we bring over .uk domains from other TAG holders, we make up the
username/password during the insertion process.  I believe this is all
included in the instructions given whem a domain is moved over.
