Alex, Thank you for the feedback. We believe we're very close to solving this, but over the weekend it's difficult to get a LOT of headway, since some of the proposed fixes may go deep into the workings of the system, and we'd rather have full staff online (not to worry, we're hoping the fix will not have any visible impact, but we'd rather be 100% sure with more than a skeleton staff)
