Hi - was hoping someone out there has the time to help a little. A customer has a domain that I have setup in a dns for him.
domain is reliefdoctors.net and points (as well as the www.reliefdoctors.net) to 139.130.132.47 (cant ping it they are blocked by firewall). This was changed to those ips about 7 or 8 days ago from 144.132.107.144 Now the reliefdoctors.net has changed fine but www.reliefdoctors.net steadfastedly refuses to chnge. I have reduced the ttl on the domain to 3600 to no avail the nameservers for the domain are on one box (yeh I know) and the dns on my box seems fine for the domain (web.ozdns.net and web2.ozdns.net). Could someone tell me what may be going wrong to do this ?
