there is a nameserver record defined in the root zonefiles named
www.reliefdoctors.net  ( 144.132.107.144 ) . this is where the problem is
with the domain, when one goes to http://reliefdoctors.net they are sent
to the correct site  , but then someone goes to www.reliefdoctors.net they
are sent to 144.132.107.144 ( the IP of the hostrecord ).

if you login to manage again, go to the "If you want to create or modify a
nameserver which is based on reliefdoctors.net' section, you will see the
record there and you can delete it from there as well.
