you can only delete the nameserver record in the registry if there is NO domain listed with that nameserver, however you can always change the IP of registred namedservers via manage.cgi....
so if your nameserver has the name ns1.storck.org (that's mine) log in to manage.cgi with the domain storck.org (that's mine) and change the IP for the nameserver!!
