When there are no OpenSRS domains using the nameserver the the 'delete' button will appear in the manage interface ( right next to where you see that modify button ). There still might be domains at other registrars using the nameserver , which will prevent the deletion of the nameserver. When your ready to delete the nameserver , if you need to know what domains are using the nameserver, email support, they can get a list for you! /Em
